Selling our products online is sometimes limits the feedback you get from actually knowing your customers and hearing first hand in person. Often times we never hear from our customers or those who get a Lap Cozy as a gift through Amazon or Etsy.
Feedback is both interesting and a good way for us to continuously improve our products, sales and shipping and without it we are sometimes guessing based on limited google and facebook data. We would rather hear from you.
