First manufactured test runs of Lap Cozy coming out great.
We were greeted in the office this morning by a big box full of our first samples of foam injected Lap Cozy beds from ourmanufacturer.
The molded foam turned out amazing! There are still some tiny adjustments that need to be made by the manufacturer to get the finished product up to the high standards our furry friends are expecting, but we are very close.
Shot samples are how we finalize the exact firmness of the Lap Cozy before starting our first manufacturing run for finished product. We want to make sure that both you and your pet have just the right amount of support and that the bed is still soft and comfortable.
We are extremely excited about receiving these samples as this is the final stage before moving to full production mode within the next few weeks!
