Due to severe shipping rate changes by Fed Ex in 2018, we are no longer offering the free shipment offer at this time.

Any expedited shipment needs please email us what you would like to order and how soon you need it so we can provide an invoice cost using PayPal invoice rather than the shopping cart option.

International shipments can be supported in most cases, but tend to be expensive.
We are working with Amazon to expand our delivery services to international addresses and hope to have this available later in 2017 to limited locations that Amazon ships to.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be a happy customer. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of packages of unused items within 30 days from the day you received your cozy and issue a full refund. 

All return credits and refunds are processed within approximately 7-10 days upon arrival at our distribution center.

In the event you must return or exchange a purchase please follow the directions below.

Within 30 days of delivery, please contact returns@lapcozy.com with your name and original order number or call 541-728-3381 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  
Please be prepared to provide the original order number.
 

Merchandise must be unused and returned to be considered for a full refund or exchange.
We reserve the right to determine whether an item has been used or washed. 
Due to health regulations, Lap Cozy is unable to accept an item, which has been used, damaged or soiled by your pet and are not eligible for return except for significant manufacturing defect.

In the event an item was damaged during shipping or subject to manufacturing defect, please email returns@lapcozy.com with your name and original order number or call 541-728-3381 within 48 business hours of receipt to obtain an RMA.  Any damages from shipping or manufacturing defect we will be happy to pay the return shipping charges and replacement shipping.

Important Details:

  • Your RMA number must be noted on the packing slip enclosed with the returned item. Returns without an RMA number may be rejected for delivery or delay refunds or credit.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs except for those related to shipment damage or manufacturing defect.

  • Refunds are not available for custom or personalized cover orders, markdown and closeout orders, or unless otherwise stated at the point of sale.

  • For items purchased through a third party retailer (website or store) please contact them directly for return instructions.
